A record counts only when a new usable contact is successfully retrieved or revealed. Failed lookups, duplicates, reopening a record, and contacts already in your CRM are never charged.
Delivered emails
Email allowances are subject to daily sending limits and deliverability safeguards designed to protect sender reputation. We don't sell "unlimited" — nobody can, safely.
Meeting-intelligence minutes
Minutes are consumed when AI processes a meeting for summaries and action items. Ordinary meetings in Kbot Meet don't require intelligence minutes.

Is Kbot Meet really free?
Yes. Kbot Meet Free is a working sales workspace for one user, with scheduling, invitations, 30-day conversation history, and basic notes and action capture. It's the entry point to the workspace — upgrade when you want the connected journey.
What are the usage allowances?
Every plan includes generous monthly allowances sized for its audience, on a fair-use basis. As a guide, a typical Growth customer works with around 500 newly retrieved prospect records, several thousand delivered emails, and a few hundred meeting-intelligence minutes each month; Business expands each of these several-fold. We size allowances to real team usage rather than headline numbers — if you expect heavier volume, an add-on or Enterprise plan covers it, and we'll confirm the right fit with you.
What happens when I hit a monthly allowance?
The workspace tells you before you run out. You can add capacity with transparent add-ons or wait for the next cycle — automation pauses safely rather than failing silently.
Why is there a daily email limit as well as a monthly one?
Sending everything at once destroys deliverability. Daily limits — tuned to account age, domain verification, and engagement quality — protect your domain's reputation so your emails keep landing in inboxes.
How are users counted?
A user is a team member who signs in. Meet Free includes 1, Growth 3, and Business 10. Additional-user pricing will be published as plans go live; contact us and we'll set your team up correctly.
Can I keep my current subscription?
Yes. Existing subscribers keep their current plans and pricing. If you'd like to move to a workspace plan, contact us and we'll map it fairly.
Do unused allowances roll over?
No — allowances reset monthly. Add-ons purchased separately follow the terms shown at purchase.
